How to Properly Adjust Your Backpack for Hiking
To adjust your backpack, you’ll want to start by taking off the straps and buckles. Then, undo the strap that runs across your torso and put it aside. Next, remove any padding from inside the bag itself by pulling on its fabric edge where they meet at each corner of the sides and back of the bag. Now that you’ve got this removed, you can see how much room there is for adjustment. If it’s not enough or if there’s too much pressure being applied by either the side or front-back sections of your backpack when worn properly. Then simply add more padding!
